In our increasingly globalized workforce, the ability to communicate effectively across language barriers is not just a skill- it is a necessity. Our comprehensive training is for leaders who manage teams that may include employees using English as a Second Language (ESL) and those who communicate using American Sign Language (ASL). This has been approved for 2 HRCI and SHRM credits.
At the end of this session, participants will:
